Donald Jacobs, Ph.D.

Don uses his 30+ years of education experience to lead PLS 3rd Learning with focus on designing and developing projects that have high impact in education.
Dedicated to inspiring and promoting educational excellence throughout his lifetime, Don founded the award-winning Center for Applied Technologies in Education at the University at Buffalo; led projects and planning initiatives with educational organizations across the world; and helped develop signature projects in New York State, Pennsylvania, Texas, Costa Rica, Panama, and Turkey.
Don has also collaborated with renowned primatologist Dr. Jane Goodall to develop technology-based projects that advance environmental education and awareness throughout the world.
