Payment Terms

  1. All registrations require payment in full. Payments can be made by credit card by visiting our website at pls3rdlearning.com/txvsn/pay/, by calling our registration office at 866-PLS-CLAS (866-757-2527), or by check. Checks should be made payable to PLS 3rd Learning and mailed to:
    PLS 3rd Learning
    1150 Glenlivet Drive Ste. B-26
    Allentown, PA 18106.
  2. If a course is cancelled by PLS 3rd Learning for any reason, you will receive a full refund of both your tuition and your deposit.
  3. If you withdraw from a PLS 3rd Learning online class by the tenth (10th) day of the class, a $50 fee will be retained and the balance of your tuition will be refunded. (Tenth day = by midnight EST of the second Friday)
  4. You may transfer this $50 fee to a later course.
